Available deposit and withdrawal methods include bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets supported by the platform. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policies and may change from time to time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their gempak88 account come from legitimate sources and are wholly owned by them. Any attempt to process transactions using unauthorised third-party payment methods may result in account suspension or closure.

Gempak88's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim, except where otherwise required by Malaysian law.

5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure

Gempak88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or threatened the integrity of the platform. In cases of legitimate closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited in full depending on the severity of the breach.

Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting the gempak88 customer support team. Closure requests will be processed subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and compliance with relevant identification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gempak88 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of gempak88 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these assets without prior written consent from gempak88.
